BUURNE PARK HOUSE SCHEDULE OF LOANS & SERVICE CHARGES

 

GROUND FLO0R

 

The ground floor contains 5 suites varying in loan charge from £10,000 to
£13,000. These are large suites all eminently suited to occupation by either a
single person or a couple.

FIRST FLOOR

 

The first floor contains 7 suites varying in loan charge from £10,000 to
£13,000. These again are large suites all eminently suited to occupation by
either a single person or a couple.

SECOND FLOUR

 

The second floor contains 6 suites varying in loan charge from £4,000 to
£12,000, 5 of these suites are ideally suited to the single person.

There is central heating and a bathroom en suite in every suite. There is a
lift to both the first and the second floors.

UEEKLY SERVICE CHARGES

 

Suites on the gf0Und floor, single occupation £27, double occupation £37.
Suites on the first floor, single occupation £25, double occupation £35.
Suites on the second floor, single occupation from £17, double occupation from
£27.

The service charge includes 3 meals per day and afternoon tea, heating, hot
water, lighting, rates, a small contribution to the general maintenance of the

good repair of the house and gardens, and the right to use all the public rooms,
together with all facilities such as the television, house car, library, etc.

M3.

1. A charge of 20p per meal will be charged for meals served in residents‘
rooms rather than in the dining room. This service is always available.

2. A local Doctor will be appointed to the house to work in conjunction with
the Resident Nurse; nursing facilities are not included in the service charge.

GARAGES

 

we are able to offer the facility of garages to the residents. The loan charge,

is £750 on the same terms as the loan for a suite. The weekly service charge
is £1.00
