Please accept my apologies for the delay in writing to you about the Deeds that you
dropped off in my office in October. Benjamin Mowll has been through them
carefully and has prepared a Schedule which I am now enclosing. Many of the deeds
are Leases and therefore do not make fascinating reading. Of all the Deeds it is
perhaps the Wills which are the most interesting. The Schedule runs through the
deeds chronologically but does not set out each and every deed enclosed but should
give you a general gist.

Once again I am sorry it took so long to get the schedule out to you.
