CLUTTONS’ Canterbury office, acting on behalf of the South East Thames Regional Health Authority, have announced the sale of Highland Court, a Grade II listed Palladian mansion in Bridge, near Canterbury. The property attracted considerable interest during its marketing, achieving both radio and TV coverage. The successful purchaser, Tiller International Ltd, have 
restore the property to its past glory in the form of a luxury hotel and conference centre, serving Canterbury and the Channel Ports. A sale price close to £1.5 million was achieved.
