Open Day, Saturday 29"‘ January 2000, 10.00 — 12,30
It was agreed at the last meeting to hold an "Open Day".

This will take the form of each Organisation that uses the Hall, being represented by
one or two of its members, attending to man a table for the morning.

This will enable Villagers to come and see what goes on in the Hall and maybe join
your group.

Free refreshments will be provided.
Samples of your activity will be welcome - where appropriate.

Please let me know if your group will be represented as I will be getting "names" be
made for each table.
