the hours on a bell. The arched brass dial with
separate silvered brass chapter, seconds and date
rings. The arch with automata depicting Father
Time and the Latin inscription ‘Time Flies’. The
oak case with long trunk door and original strap
hinges. The plain base with double plinth. The
hood with attached angle pillars and double
broken arch top with blind sound fret.
