Well, John Bargrave was buried in the south chapel of St. Mary's Church,
Patrixbourne on 24th October, l624 so the ?l625 guess of Bann and his
followers was not far off.
You may remember I told you that the key to the Bargrave story lay in
Virginia. It turns out that his younger brother, George,
1586 was also on these jaunts to Virginia and married the
Martin of Sandwich who was one of the pioneer planters in
as a ship—owner.
As for the Taylors in the late 18th century, more work is
have to wait!
