Here at the White Horse Inn at Bridge we strive to marry fresh, local produce with a quality dining experience whatever your requirements are. We take time to ensure that everything that leaves the kitchen is prepared in house. Following the seasons in this way can be seen as restricting the in~ greclients a kitchen has to use, and there~ fore our customers have to eat. However, waiting for the first Asparagus, Scallop, Lobster, Spring Lamla or any num-« her of wonderful ingredients Kent pro~ cluces is for some more rewarding than the choice given to us lay transporting foods to our kitchens from all over the world. Recently, we have intro»« duced a chilclrenls menu , and although keeping to our normal ideals, try to produce food to suit younger tasteloucls. We have up to 12 wines avail~ ahle hy the glass. 4 Real Ales and Coffee are al- ways available. Although we welcome bookings, feel free to arrive at your leisure. We have received commenclations for our Bar food from the BBC Good Food Guide Online, and Les Routiers. The Restaurant at the White Horse Our popular Restaurant is used for Business and Pleasure, and has a growing reputation for high quality service and food. All food is coolced to or- der, and your meal is halancecl and enhanced hy Home Made Canapes, Bread, Granite and Petit Fours. We have so far received One AA Rosette and 4/10 and Kent Newcomer of the year in the Good Food Guide, as well as most promising young chef for 2004: in Les Routiers for our Restaurant Food.
