Whereas on 10”‘ & 11”“ April 1807 Thomas Neale the elder Barber, Mary his wife, James Neale Tailor and Thomas Neale the younger sold to Elizabeth Garner all that messuage. . . . called Olivers Court then or then late in the tenure of Robert Stonham and also those three messuages standing together sometime since built on part of the said one acre of land. . . .then or then late in the tenure of Stephen Fuggals NNN Maxted and Walter Wilks . . or their undertenants. Shortly after this the three last mentioned messuages were pulled down and the dwelling house with coach house stable etc was erected and built on the site thereof by or at the costs of Elizabeth Gamer to be in the occupation of Alexander Boyack. And whereas her will of 22ndAugust 1808 devised the new messuage then in her own occupation and all that tenement or cottage then in the occupation of Robert Sindham [sic] to her six daughters Mary Anne Harriott Elizabeth Sarah and Susannah, and whereas she died 215' April 1817, and whereas Susannah Garner made her will 3rd December 1817 devising all to her four sisters Mary Anne Sarah and Harriott Garner, And whereas Susannah died 20”‘ October 1818 and Mary made her will 25”‘ March 1823 giving all to her three sisters Anne Harriott and Sarah Gamer . Mary died 215‘ April 1823 , and whereas Anne Garner made her will 21“ July 1823 devising all to her two sisters Harriott and Sarah Garner. Anne Gamert died 8”‘ March 1831. Elizabeth died 21“ April 1817. Daughter Elizabeth died 25”’ August 1812 before her mother, therefore her sixth part devolved to Elizabeth’s two sons Francis and John Gamer. Said John G died 3"’ December 1821 intestate, leaving four sons John, Gabriel, Richard Crosoer and Francis coheirs in Gavelkind. John the son died 8”‘ May 1821 a bachelor intestate, Francis Gamer [the elder] died 12”‘ September 1825 a bachelor intestate. Harriott Garner contracted to buy the sixth part of the estate and the cottage in the occupation formerly of John Stonham, since of Thomas Cullen and now of William Wilson, for £160.
