To furnish hops to bins. To look after the pickers, and require them to piclt their hops well. and to pic: up all hops that may have been dropped on the ground near the bins. T) use the hop-ring ior pulling poles, and not to cut any wire. or brealr poles tr wire through carelessness or negligence. To attend to and assist the measureu as required. To assist in moving the bins. To carry oi? the polces and loal same on waggon whenever required. To assist other binmen at the lust measuring of the day, and not to use the paltes of another binman without his consent. For every breach oi the above regulations the Linman shaft forfet 3d. To talre care of the bins. cloths. poltes and other property committed ti his charge. and to deiiver up the same in good order at the end of the piclting, or on leaving ; in default thereof to pay the cost of replacing what may i)! missed or unfairly damaged. it discharged tor bad conduct. or for not observing these regulations. to forfeit one day's wages. Binmen's wages ts cease at the commencement of any strilxe. per day. or in Jlroportirt) PlCKERS.—-—.’\ll picliers to piclt the hops well and to their employeris satisiaction and to be subject to the regulations herein set forth, and after the telly shall have been set they are to remain until the piclting is all Enishw. To piclt up all hops dropped near their bins and to pick hops clean from strings and poles and thoroughly clean from bunches and leaves. To have their hops ready for the measurer when required. To be in the bop-garden and remain there at the appointed hours. For every breach of these regula- tions to forfeit one basket of hops. The tally to be set during the first woelt of the picking. and any piclter who shall leave titer the tally has been fixed for any cause whatever hciore the piclting is finished. or who shall bedischargcd for cnnilmt not in accordance with the foregoing regulations, or for other mis- in the event of any person Wiilléng to leave through illness. a loc doctoris certificate must be furnished. Any picker may draw on account on such‘ days only as shall be named at the commencement of the piclring. to the value of one shilling for every 12 baslrets.
