John Gardner died 3rd December 1821 leaving a Widow — 4 sons and 2 daughters, John Gabrielle Richard Frances Charlotte—Elizabeth and Mary—Ann. John died 8th May 1831 intestate at batchelor, Francis died 12th September 1835 Intestate a Batchelor 23. Probate of Will dated 21st July 1823 and Codicil dated 30th March 1827 of Ann Garner deceased "All my messuage to my sisters Harriot Garner and Sarah Garner as Tenants in Common Will and Codicil proved 6th April 1831." 24. Will (copy) dated 25th March 1823 Miss Mary Garner died 21st April 1823 "All my messuage to Ann Garner, Harriot Garner and Sarah Garner as Tenants in Comon proved May 1823. 25. 16.5.1836 Settlement by Mr. Robert Sankey and a Mrs Sarah Sankey his wife of 5/6th of messuage at Bridge "Between Robert Sankey and Sarah Sankey (his wife late Sarah Garner Spinster, one of the 6 daughters of Elizabeth Garner of Bridge).
