Dear Sir,

I have much pleasure in informing you that
you have passed the Chemist and Druggist Qualifying
Examination, and a certificate of that fact has been
granted by the Board of Examiners. You are now
entitled to be registered as a Chemist and Druggist,
and if you wish your name to be entered in the
Register you must complete and return the annexed
form.

At the direction of the Council I enclose an
Invitation to attend the ceremony of the Presentation
of Certificates at 17, Bloomsbury Square, London,

‘ W.C.1, on 2 5 APR 1934 . Please
indicate on the attached form whether or not you will
be present. If you do not attend, the certificate will
be sent after the ceremony to your registered address.
